Product Manager (Cost Management)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with strategic, operational, and financial objectives.
• Manage product positioning, pricing strategy, product portfolio optimization, and project prioritization.
• Own the balanced scorecard for the product line and drive roadmap execution and improvement.
• Analyze product costs, review bills of materials, and develop multi-year cost roadmaps.
• Identify and deliver cost-reduction opportunities, assess implementation risks, and validate savings.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Development, Finance, suppliers, and customers.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of product cost drivers, including materials, labor, overhead, logistics, tooling, and supplier costs.
• Experience with cost analysis, BOM reviews, business cases, product lifecycle, and change management.
• Ability to evaluate the financial impact of product changes and prioritize initiatives by business value and return on investment.
• Strong communication, organization, planning, time management, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Track record of delivering measurable cost-reduction results.
• Experience presenting cost strategies and business cases to senior leadership.
