AI Manager

What you will do

• Drive the AI strategy and align initiatives with business objectives.
• Lead data science, pricing product, and project-based AI development teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business performance through AI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and corporate functions to define AI development requirements.
• Establish AI/ML governance policies, data security practices, and customer data protection standards.
• Ensure AI projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in AI or advanced analytics.
• Experience managing development teams and vendors.
• Strong understanding of AI solutions and processes.
• Practical experience with programming languages, preferably Python; AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch; and cloud technologies such as Azure or Databricks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, and ability to live and work in Budapest, Hungary.
