Senior AI/ML Data Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze, curate, manage, and govern data used for AI/ML model development and evaluation.
• Evaluate training datasets for diversity, suitability, quality, and alignment with operational data.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and analytical tools for monitoring data operations and model performance.
• Analyze large-scale geospatial, structured, and unstructured datasets to identify patterns, trends, and valuable data sources.
• Collaborate with users, stakeholders, software engineers, and technical teams to translate operational needs into data and technical requirements.
• Support the full AI product lifecycle, from conceptualization and design through implementation, testing, and evaluation.

Requirements

• Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least one year of professional experience with AI/ML technologies and at least one year working with large-scale geospatial datasets.
• Experience developing software with multiple programming languages and statistical packages, working with databases, and analyzing structured and unstructured data.
• Experience assessing data quality for AI/ML applications and using metrics to support technical and product decisions.
• Agile/Scrum experience, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to solve complex problems in multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related technical field.
• Experience with mission-critical technology environments, enterprise IT architectures, or highly regulated acquisition and mission-support programs.
• Scrum Master or related Agile certification.
• Active U.S. Government Counterintelligence Polygraph.
