Middle QA Combi Engineer (CRM)

Location: Remote; available locations are Georgia, Poland, and Montenegro

What you will do

• Test the internal CRM used by customer support and business teams.
• Design and execute manual tests for complex business logic and CRM workflows.
• Develop automated tests in Python using the existing automation framework.
• Test REST APIs and integrations with HubSpot, voice bots, telephony, email, and internal AI/LLM services.
• Verify data flows and consistency between the CRM and connected systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and system analysts.

Requirements

• Solid experience in manual testing and test design.
• Experience with test automation; readiness to switch to Python during the probation period if using another language.
• Understanding of REST architecture and experience in API testing.
• Experience with integration testing and data consistency verification is an advantage.
• English: B2 level or higher.
• Flexibility, openness to change, independent working skills, and a desire to grow.
