Business Analyst (ServiceNow)

What you will do

• Model and document value chains, business processes, roles, capabilities, data, and system features.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and maintain business requirements and user stories throughout the system lifecycle.
• Analyze existing systems and business capabilities, evaluate solution options, and support business cases and feasibility studies.
• Design, validate, optimize, and monitor business processes while leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to solution design, testing, quality assurance, change management, and stakeholder communication.
• Define transition roadmaps and support strategic and tactical business planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant professional and project experience.
• English proficiency at C1 level (CEFR) is required.
• Experience with at least one complete software solution lifecycle, requirements elicitation, user story analysis, BPMN, UML, capability diagrams, activity diagrams, state diagrams, and logical data models.
• Experience using Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS Architect, or similar modeling tools.
• Business Analyst experience on a large-scale ERP implementation lasting more than one year with a budget exceeding €1M.
• Experience with ServiceNow business or system analysis, including custom applications, ITSM, asset management, CMDB, SecOps, Customer Service Management, Enterprise Asset Management, or Strategic Portfolio Management.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certification such as CSA, Citizen Developer, CIS, or another relevant certification.
• CCBA, Certified UML Professional Foundation, BPM 2 Fundamental, or an equivalent internationally recognized certification.
• Experience analyzing logistics, warehouse, fleet, financial, legal, HR, or project management processes.
