Senior Business Analyst (Investments / Wealth / Capital Markets)

hirify.global is partnering with a global technology consultancy delivering financial services technology projects and expanding its business analysis and advisory capabilities.

What you will do

• Lead requirements workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Map existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with engineers, architects, and QA teams throughout delivery to clarify requirements.
• Support user acceptance testing and validate solutions against business needs.
• Communicate findings, priorities, and delivery dependencies clearly.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within financial services.
• Knowledge of investments, wealth management, or capital markets.
• Experience delivering technology change within a bank, investment firm, or financial services consultancy.
• Confidence managing stakeholders and leading requirements discussions.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong written and spoken English, with experience working closely with software engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with investment platforms, brokerage services, or front-to-back investment processes.
