Licensed Civil Engineer - Site Design (Civil 3D)

Location: Phoenix, AZ, United States; travel to project sites is required, including work in varied terrain and weather conditions.

What you will do

• Independently perform engineering and project management duties for land development projects from conception through completion.
• Evaluate, design, and construct plans for small- to large-scale projects across commercial, residential, municipal, industrial, sports, and school sites.
• Prepare design calculations, feasibility analyses, cost estimates, project documents, scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate project design aspects and communicate development progress with project managers and clients.
• Maintain project information and client records in the project management system.
• Supervise and provide technical guidance to less experienced staff when needed, and observe work at active construction sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• At least 4 years of related civil engineering experience.
• Registered professional engineer (PE) license required.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Based in Phoenix, AZ, with travel to project sites and work in varied terrain and weather conditions.
