Compliance Manager (Mobile Gaming)

What you will do

• Monitor global regulations and requirements relevant to mobile gaming, including consumer protection, advertising, marketing, platform policies, and payments.
• Translate regulatory guidance into practical input for Product, Monetization, Marketing, and Player Support teams.
• Review features, offers, content, and creatives before product launches.
• Maintain compliance policies, playbooks, trackers, and training materials in an audit-ready state.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and external advisors under the guidance of the Head of Compliance.
• Prepare compliance reports for the compliance team and leadership.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in compliance or regulatory work at a global company.
• Familiarity with consumer protection frameworks such as DSA and OSA.
• Ability to interpret regulatory guidance and provide clear, practical input to non-legal teams.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, judgment, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize efficiently, escalate risks early, and contribute across a small team.
• High proficiency in written and verbal English is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of privacy and data protection frameworks, including GDPR, COPPA, and CCPA/CPRA.
