Cybersecurity Lead (Microsoft Sentinel)

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate Security Operations and support day-to-day cyber defence activities.
• Drive incident management, threat follow-up, and timely handling of vulnerabilities and security actions.
• Help lead P1 and major security incidents, including occasional support outside office hours.
• Improve MTTR and expand security monitoring and detection coverage.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers.
• Translate technical security findings into clear actions and reporting for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong professional background in SOC, incident response, and cyber defence.
• Experience leading or coordinating Security Operations, incident management, and threat follow-up.
• Experience with Microsoft XDR, Microsoft Sentinel, and Palo Alto security solutions.
• Understanding of modern identity and non-human identity risks.
• Experience with security monitoring, detection, vulnerability management, and coordination with internal teams and external service providers.
• Ability to work effectively during high-pressure incidents and communicate technical findings clearly.
