Account Payable Administrator (AI)

What you will do

• Manage the daily accounts payable inbox, including reviewing invoices, routing documents, and handling vendor statements, reminders, and queries.
• Process supplier invoices for multiple hirify.global entities in NetSuite using manual and automated processing.
• Set up default general ledger accounts, cost centers, and VAT codes for eligible vendors.
• Assist with month-end close activities.
• Support shared-service-center projects focused on standardization, simplification, and automation.
• Help develop AI-based email scanning and automated vendor response tools.
