Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator (Retail)

Location: Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing and payment execution.
• Coordinate vendor management and support accurate, timely supplier payments.
• Manage purchase orders and the PO lifecycle within a retail environment.
• Perform reconciliations and maintain compliance with internal financial controls.
• Provide team and administrative support to the Finance function while reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Lead.

Requirements

• Experience in accounts payable coordination and financial operations.
• Experience working with Finance ERP systems and Medius AP Automation.
• Solid understanding of the purchase order lifecycle in a retail environment.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international setting.
