Senior Product Manager (CDD/KYC)

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Luma, hirify.global’s implementation of Fenergo Fen-X.
• Lead a multidisciplinary product development team including business analysts, configurators, quality assurance specialists, and engineers.
• Optimize merchant onboarding, periodic review, and event-driven review journeys for consistent customer due diligence.
• Design enhanced due diligence workflows for high-risk merchants, including questionnaires, evidence requirements, approvals, and escalation paths.
• Drive automation and straight-through processing through integrations with internal systems, screening services, external data providers, and merchant-facing channels.
• Maintain auditable workflows and monitor KPIs covering automation, processing time, quality, control effectiveness, adoption, incidents, and operational outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in CDD, KYC, AML, compliance, or regulated workflow products.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary product delivery teams and managing product vision, roadmap, backlog, and release priorities.
• Strong understanding of customer onboarding, periodic review, event-driven review, and enhanced due diligence.
• Experience translating policies and regulatory requirements into configurable workflows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Practical knowledge of SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, screening services, external data sources, and workflow automation.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
