User Acquisition Manager

What you will do

• Own and scale performance campaigns across Google Search, GDN, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Performance Max.
• Build global acquisition foundations, including strategy, campaign structure, processes, and reporting.
• Develop creative strategies and acquisition funnels with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with regional teams to localize approaches and share campaign learnings.
• Drive full-funnel results through creative testing and performance data.

Requirements

• Strong track record with Google Ads, particularly Display and YouTube, in performance-driven environments.
• Experience building marketing systems and processes from scratch.
• Experience running multi-market campaigns with a global mindset.
• Experience working with sales teams and high-ticket products with long decision cycles.
• Hands-on experience with GA4.
