Creative Marketing Manager (Mobile Games)

Location: Remote from Serbia

What you will do

• Manage the creative User Acquisition pipeline for a group of mobile game titles.
• Track front-end and back-end creative performance, analyze data, and report on KPI improvements.
• Create production tickets for videos, banners, playable ads, end cards, and other marketing assets.
• Test creative assets and iterations, analyze performance metrics, and support UA decisions.
• Conduct competitor analysis focused on User Acquisition and develop new creative concepts across media types.
• Optimize creative production processes and maintain internal best-practice guidelines.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a creative agency or in creating marketing assets.
• Passion for mobile gaming, applications, and the gamedev industry.
• Understanding of key marketing metrics, strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic skills in creating and editing static visual content with graphic design software or AI tools.
• Understanding of motion and graphic design workflows, art and video production processes, and production pipelines.
• Upper-Intermediate English, mainly for written communication.
