Senior Technical Support Analyst (Finance IT Systems)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work model. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do

• Provide first-level support for incidents and user requests.
• Perform corrective maintenance to resolve system anomalies and reduce downtime.
• Execute and support unit testing for system updates and improvements.
• Monitor services and contribute to continuous quality improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and evolutions.
• Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in technical support or IT systems maintenance.
• Strong technical skills in financial systems, IT support, or related areas.
• Experience with incident management and troubleshooting complex issues.
• English at communicative level and French at proficient level are required.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of finance or accounting systems.
• Certifications in IT support or relevant technical disciplines.
