What you will do

• Review and file US Federal tax returns for Venture Capital clients using a proprietary tax engine.
• Collaborate with accounting, fund administration, and compliance teams on tax-related product issues.
• Help transform professional tax services into scalable software products to improve accuracy and speed.
• Scale post-deal processes to ensure seamless administration of investment structures.
• Interact directly with clients to assist in administering their investment vehicles.

Requirements

• Must have US Federal tax experience specifically in the preparation and filing of partnership tax returns.
• Fully qualified CPA with a deep understanding of US tax filings for investment vehicles.
• Strong quantitative and written attention to detail for navigating complex tax structures.
• Ability to multitask and solve ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify used).

Nice to have

• Experience with Schedule K-2 and K-3 forms.
• Experience filing international forms typically associated with partnership tax returns.
