Senior Technical Lead

Location: Lisbon, Portugal — hybrid work model. Candidates must have an existing legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do

• Lead and oversee technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and architectural excellence.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine technical strategies and drive innovation.
• Mentor junior staff and promote continuous technical learning.
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges while managing coding, testing, and deployment best practices.
• Promote agile methodologies and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software development or technical leadership.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English and communicative/good-command French are required.
• Existing legal authorization to work in the European Union is required.

Nice to have

• Certifications in cloud architecture or project management.
• Experience leading international teams.
• Knowledge of security standards and compliance.
