AnT1 Trainee - Biotechnologist, MFG (CGT)

Location: Tuas, Singapore; onsite cleanroom production with day, weekend, and public holiday rotation shifts of 12 hours

What you will do

• Execute cGMP cell therapy manufacturing activities through final formulation and filling of therapeutic cell products.
• Prepare solutions and media, perform aseptic filtration, and fill sterile containers, bags, and bottles.
• Revive and culture anchorage-dependent cell lines in static flasks and cell factories.
• Harvest and concentrate cell cultures using tangential flow filtration and centrifugation.
• Perform equipment monitoring, cleaning and sanitization, sampling, pH and conductivity checks, environmental monitoring, and aseptic process simulations.
• Complete batch records accurately and support final vial inspection and cryopreservation.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in a related science or engineering discipline.
• Knowledge of cGMP applications, cell culture, and aseptic processing in a classified environment.
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including days, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to work onsite in a cleanroom environment, remain on your feet most of the time, and perform manual work in a buddy system.
• Able to carry items weighing up to 12 kg and move equipment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills.

Nice to have

• Prior biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience is not required; structured training and continual assessment are provided.
