Odoo Project Leader (Odoo)

What you will do

• Gather and analyze client requirements and map them to Odoo functionality.
• Present solutions, conduct demonstrations, and support proof-of-concept sessions.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules in collaboration with technical teams.
• Conduct functional testing and user acceptance testing with clients.
• Provide end-user training and documentation to support adoption.
• Manage the full implementation lifecycle, including timelines, cost estimates, feasibility assessments, delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Odoo Project Leader or in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Full working proficiency in Ukrainian and English.
• Strong understanding of Odoo Sales, Accounting, and HR modules.
• Experience with requirements analysis, functional testing, user acceptance testing, and end-user training.

Nice to have

• Odoo certification.
• Project management experience or certification.
