AI Performance Creative (Social Media Ads)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid schedule with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home

Gross salary: €2,400–€3,800 per month, negotiable depending on experience

What you will do

• Develop and execute innovative, data-driven creative concepts for digital advertising campaigns.
• Write briefs for graphic designers, video editors, animators, and other creative contributors.
• Write scripts for actors and copy for headlines, calls to action, and short sales-oriented posts.
• Define visual brand execution and participate in video shoots.
• Work closely with project managers, marketers, designers, and performance specialists.
• Analyze ad testing data, competitor advertising, audience insights, and market trends to improve campaign performance.

Requirements

• Mid-to-senior level experience in AI performance creative for social media advertising.
• Understanding of digital traffic and effective creative formats.
• Ability to track key metrics, analyze ad performance, and make improvements based on insights.
• Strong creative thinking, experimentation skills, and the ability to communicate clear, compelling visual stories.
• Native-level English fluency with the ability to write persuasive and engaging content.
• Availability to work in a hybrid format from the Vilnius office 4 days per week.
