Creative Strategist (Digital Advertising)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania — hybrid work with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home

Salary: €2,400–€3,800 gross per month, negotiable depending on experience

What you will do

• Develop data-driven creative concepts for digital advertising campaigns.
• Turn performance data, audience insights, and trends into creative angles and testing ideas.
• Write briefs for designers, video editors, animators, and other creatives.
• Develop scripts and concepts for actors, creators, and user-generated content.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and performance specialists.
• Analyze ad performance, research competitors and audiences, and write hooks, headlines, calls to action, and short-form copy.

Requirements

• Understanding of digital advertising and performance-driven creative.
• Confidence using campaign data to make creative decisions.
• Understanding of what makes social media advertising engaging and effective.
• Curiosity about fitness, wellness, lifestyle, and social media trends.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Good spoken English and native Lithuanian.
