Accounts Payable Specialist with Spanish - II shift (m/f/d)

Location: Lodz, Poland; hybrid work model at the Monopolis complex

Expected salary range: PLN 70,125–116,875 per year, plus a 10% yearly performance bonus, language bonus, and 20% II shift bonus.

What you will do

• Process and review incoming invoices according to company procedures.
• Verify invoice approvals and investigate and resolve accounts payable issues.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and monitor open invoice reports.
• Follow established policies, procedures, metrics, and performance targets.
• Provide effective support to internal and external customers.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• At least one year of professional experience in a similar accounts payable role.
• Professional working competency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• English at minimum B2 level, written and spoken.
• Spanish at minimum C1 level, written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a similar field; basic accounting knowledge is desirable.
