TL;DR

What you will do

  • Support and manage the rollout of hirify.global’s platform across complex operational environments, ensuring adoption, usability, and long-term value.
  • Understand intricate customer workflows, craft solutions that account for real-world constraints, and partner with forward-deployed engineers to build novel solutions.
  • Build relationships with customer stakeholders, being present, thoughtful, and solutions-oriented during all phases of deployment.
  • Translate ground-level learnings into actionable feedback for internal product and engineering teams.
  • Build internal playbooks, deployment tools, and reusable processes to scale future rollouts.

Requirements

  • Experience in consulting, business operations, customer success, operations, or other fast-paced environments requiring structured problem solving and strategic communication.
  • Strong analytical thinking.
  • Execution mindset.
  • Technical curiosity and eagerness to learn tools like SQL, Python, and workflow platforms to get the job done.
  • Clear, confident communication, especially with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel and embed with customers (~25–50%), especially during high-impact deployment phases.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with enterprise software deployments, workflow design, or implementation strategy.
  • Experience working in regulated, operationally intense industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, real estate).
  • Exposure to AI, automation, or decision-support tools, even if it’s not core to your past work.
  • Comfort navigating legacy systems, manual workflows, and customer environments that aren't "tech-first."
