Focus on defining client decisions, codifying evidence-based methodologies, configuring simulation experiences, and designing repeatable solutions for Growth Pipeline Management.

is developing MetaBrain, an AI-enabled decision-intelligence platform that combines industry expertise, enterprise data, and third-party insights.
What you will do
- Lead the translation of research and advisory methodologies into configurable MetaBrain decision-intelligence solutions.
- Run discovery with advisors and clients to define decision owners, alternatives, constraints, and measurable value.
- Codify advisory methods through taxonomies, concept relationships, scoring rules, scenario assumptions, and evidence requirements.
- Translate methods into product specifications and delivery backlogs, coordinating pilots, advisor review, change control, and adoption.
- Define reusable components, configuration boundaries, update frequencies, and operating costs for Growth Pipeline Management modules.
- For the technology variant, contribute to API, orchestration, identity, reliability, and deployment designs with engineering support.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant experience leading research or consulting engagements and explaining industry economics, or equivalent achievement.
- Experience with client discovery, framework design, quantitative interpretation, and cross-functional leadership.
- Foundational AI learning through a certificate, assessed course, or equivalent, plus a practical example of AI-assisted research with source checking.
- Business-led entry does not require production coding.
- Appointment as Lead Architect - Technology requires separate evidence of software architecture, integrations, secure deployment, and technical delivery.
Nice to have
- Product management, solution design, workflow automation, industry knowledge modelling, business analytics, or enterprise-platform experience.
- An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.
