Director Enterprise Architect - Data and AI

Location: Singapore

Base salary: SGD 285,000–300,000 per annum. Additional SEA payment of approximately 15% is paid annually in December.

What you will do

• Lead large-scale Data & AI and enterprise architecture engagements from strategy through implementation.
• Define enterprise technology and Data & AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead legacy modernisation and cloud transformation programmes.
• Design scalable enterprise data and AI architectures, including opportunities involving Generative AI and OpenAI.
• Advise C-suite and senior executive stakeholders through recommendations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead consulting teams, develop senior client relationships, and identify further transformation opportunities.

Requirements

• Established technology consulting leadership experience advising large enterprises and leading complex transformation programmes.
• Significant experience in a top-tier strategy, technology, or specialist consulting organisation.
• Deep expertise in Data & AI, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Transformation, or Technology Strategy.
• Experience leading major consulting engagements and multidisciplinary teams, with strong exposure to AWS, Databricks, and modern enterprise data platforms.
• Experience engaging C-suite stakeholders and translating complex technical concepts into clear commercial recommendations.
• Business development, client relationship management, and technical credibility in challenging existing architectures.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI, OpenAI, and emerging enterprise AI capabilities.
• Industry experience in banking, insurance, energy, industrial goods, or telecommunications.
