Client Associate, Fund Management (Fintech)

What you will do

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, and post, investigate concerns, and coordinate issue resolution with relevant teams.
• Verify customer requests and manage them through to completion while meeting service, productivity, and quality standards.
• Support customer onboarding and perform ongoing KYC due diligence for corporate and retail clients.
• Identify, assess, escalate, and report potentially fraudulent or suspicious activity in line with AML requirements.
• Contribute to process improvement, customer experience enhancements, mailing activities, and other operational requests.
• Maintain knowledge of client products, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma qualification.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience in transfer agency, fund management, or a related financial area is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while meeting turnaround times.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and pressure-management skills.
• Work visa sponsorship is unavailable.
