Expedited RMA Services Specialist (Singapore)

What you will do

• Expand and optimize the Expedited RMA depot footprint across the APACS theater.
• Develop depot roadmaps, evaluate candidate locations, and lead the opening of new depots with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain contract install-base data, service levels, physical locations, and service-provider information.
• Manage inventory at forward stocking locations and distribution centers, coordinate shipments, and maintain depot stocking levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers, sales, professional services, logistics teams, partners, and customers to set up and execute expedited RMA services.
• Track service-level metrics, resolve customer issues, and improve replacement-unit quality, processes, and supplier performance.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• 3+ years of experience with data entry, databases, high-volume environments, customer interactions, and cross-functional coordination.
• Microsoft Suite experience is required; Oracle Applications, Salesforce, and Clarify database knowledge are advantageous.
• Fluent English is required.
• Strong quantitative analysis, written and verbal communication, organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work across international boundaries and cultures, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
