What you will do
- Support the Supervisor in growing district products and services and collaborating with the wider network.
- Process customer orders, documentation, shipping coordination, reports, invoicing, billing, and filing.
- Handle customer feedback, requests, and complaints, escalating issues when needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory, account documentation, and procedures manuals.
- Collect data for KPI measurement and complete additional departmental tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum tertiary education and two years of related work experience.
- Customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage operational workflows proactively and work independently.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of warehousing and logistics operations is advantageous.
- Must currently reside in Singapore and hold a valid work pass.

- Experience handling customers in a specific industry.
- Familiarity with customer ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
