Associate Product Manager Intern (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid role for candidates in the greater Tampa Bay area; required to work in the Clearwater, Florida office three days per week.

What you will do

• Research user needs through surveys, interviews, market research, and subject-matter-expert discussions.
• Define, document, and refine requirements and functional specifications for cybersecurity awareness features.
• Collaborate with product, support, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to deliver product improvements.
• Manage community ideation inputs, customer feature requests, beta programs, and pilot programs.
• Facilitate defect triage and track feature adoption and product utilization.
• Draft product roadmap materials based on collected research and insights.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, time management, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate integrity, accountability, respect, and commitment.
• Must be able to work from the Clearwater, Florida office three days per week.
