Outreach Specialist III

Salary: $20.55–$34.25 per hour (USD)

What you will do

• Contact delinquent consumer borrowers through inbound, outbound, manual, and AutoDial calls.
• Assess repayment ability and arrange repayment plans, loan workouts, or other assistance options.
• Refer customers to appropriate departments through warm transfers and handle loan-related inquiries.
• Research high-risk loans, review financial statements and loan documents, and assess recovery likelihood.
• Maintain accurate account records, resolve account issues, and escalate complex situations with recommended actions.
• Follow applicable state and federal laws, regulatory requirements, and internal risk controls.

Requirements

• At least two combined years of higher education and/or work experience, including one year of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, maintain attention to detail, and contribute as a team member.
• Work location: Getzville, New York, United States of America.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree.
• Collections experience.
• Knowledge of M&T systems.
