Accountant (Financial Analysis)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas; onsite five days a week. Relocation is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $112,710–$169,060 per year.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end investment reporting for SPM Oil & Gas programs.
• Analyze cash flow for key programs and support investment decisions.
• Lead margin analysis covering price realization, product cost competitiveness, and profitability actions.
• Provide financial leadership and new product introduction analysis for a key product portfolio.
• Communicate reporting results and actionable insights to senior leaders.
• Partner with SPM functions and teams to improve processes and efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of analytical techniques, root-cause analysis, and alternative solution development.
• Strong decision-making, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial reporting processes, methods, and tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth, Texas five days per week.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing, operations finance, or cost accounting experience, including tariffs.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and driving process improvement, automation, and reporting enhancements.
