Registered Nurse CDH Pre/Post Full-time Days

Location: 25 N. Winfield Rd., Winfield, Illinois, United States; on-site day shift

Salary: $34.50–$55.20 per hour

What you will do

• Provide professional nursing care to acutely ill inpatients through assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collect and analyze patient data, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate progress toward expected outcomes.
• Coordinate care delivery and direct the appropriate utilization of assistants involved in patient care.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and ancillary staff while documenting care decisions and communications.
• Participate in shared governance, committee work, unit projects, and evidence-based practice.
• Document patient responses in the health record and individualize care plans based on evaluation findings.

Requirements

• Current Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; an Associate Degree in Nursing is acceptable with a commitment to obtain a BSN within three years of starting the clinical nurse role.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification required.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the relevant clinical area.
• Trauma Nurse Specialist, Emergency Communications Registered Nurse, Certified Pediatric Nurse, or Certified Emergency Nurse credentials.
