Application Analyst I - Epic Willow Ambulatory

What you will do

• Respond to clinical and business application support requests and incidents within defined SLAs.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and relevant application and team documentation.
• Build relationships with software vendors and collaborate with team members to provide effective support.
• Assist with application upgrades and security patches.
• Participate in smaller analyst-led projects, including scheduling meetings and recording meeting minutes.
• Learn clinically integrated hospital and physician office workflows and the full application lifecycle, from implementation through decommissioning and data archiving.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Sciences, or a related field, or relevant education and/or 6+ years of industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT or an equivalent IT application analyst position with degree requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to achieve necessary certifications, follow learning paths, comply with team policies and procedures, and advance application knowledge with support from a mentor or lead during the first 12 months.
