Senior Solutions Architect, Enterprise

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery with enterprise customers and connect technical requirements to measurable business outcomes.
• Design enterprise-grade data transformation and analytics architectures using dbt.
• Partner with Sales on technical value communication, evaluations, trials, and proof-of-value engagements.
• Guide customers through architecture, security, governance, deployment, adoption, and expansion.
• Build relationships with technical practitioners, data leaders, executives, and technology partners.
• Bring customer insights to Product and Engineering and contribute reusable practices and technical thought leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role in data, analytics, or BI.
• Strong foundation in SQL, data transformation, ETL/ELT, and data modeling.
• Strong understanding of modern cloud data warehouses, lakehouses, and analytics architectures.
• Ability to translate technical and business requirements into concrete solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to build credibility with stakeholders from data practitioners to senior executives and collaborate across functions.

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt, analytics engineering, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or other modern cloud data platforms.
• Experience with dimensional modeling, Kimball, Data Vault, or 3NF.
• Experience with enterprise data integration, ETL platforms, technical evaluations, migrations, or transformation initiatives.
