What you will do

• Maintain quality assurance standards and inventory accuracy.
• Provide customer and production support under the direction of the Repair/Production Supervisor.
• Evaluate material deficiencies and troubleshoot system failures.
• Resolve technical issues in collaboration with Product Support, VCC personnel, and field technicians.
• Maintain positive working relationships and contribute to a collaborative environment.
