Salesforce Developer

Location: Hybrid work in Belgrade, Serbia at the SMG office, Milutina Milankovića 1i.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and related platform tools.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Translate business and technical requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Improve existing Salesforce functionality based on user feedback, technical insights, and changing business needs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Service, Marketing, Data, and other teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce declarative capabilities, SOQL, and REST APIs.
• Good understanding of the Salesforce data model, platform architecture, and development best practices.
• Ability to analyse technical problems, take ownership of development tasks, and find pragmatic solutions.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Fluent English is required.
