Network Operations Coordinator 4 (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $53,100–$72,500 per year.

What you will do

• Manage provider data for health plans, including demographics, rates, and contract intent.
• Manage provider audits, service and relations activities, credentialing, and contract management systems.
• Execute intake processes for provider-perceived service failures.
• Set daily priorities for administrative workgroups and external vendors while monitoring schedules and goals.
• Oversee work of others and serve as the primary administrative owner for a process, program, product, or technology.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a healthcare setting working with providers, payors, healthcare facilities, or similar organizations.
• Data analytics experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and proficient Excel skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Dedicated home workspace and internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds are required to protect member PHI and HIPAA information.

Nice to have

• Provider credentialing experience.
• Previous claims experience.
• Experience reviewing, loading, or interpreting contracts.
