Manager, Medicare Member Retention (Medicare): Managing retention performance managers and developing programs to reduce Medicare member disenrollment with an accent on data analysis, beneficiary education, and member experience. Focus on leading retention strategies, evaluating campaign effectiveness, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives across local markets, regions, and the enterprise.

Location: Remote within the United States; candidate must reside in Florida near Orlando or Miami, or in New York near the boroughs. Travel and occasional weekend work are required.

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

  • Lead a team of retention performance managers developing and implementing Medicare beneficiary retention strategies.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify retention challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve member experience and satisfaction.
  • Create and manage programs that educate beneficiaries about health plan benefits and services.
  • Monitor retention initiatives, evaluate their effectiveness, and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience, preferably in the Medicare industry, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Medicare or Medicaid sales and people leadership is highly preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available, including for H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT status.
  • Must be willing to travel and work some weekends.
