QA Tech (Manufacturing)

Location: Lawrenceville Foundry; onsite work on 2nd or 3rd shift

hirify.global operates a manufacturing facility requiring quality testing and safety compliance support.

What you will do

• Perform timely testing to support manufacturing operations.
• Work in the metal laboratory and calibrate or troubleshoot test equipment.
• Conduct chemistry evaluations using metal spectrometers and CS meters.
• Retrieve and test sand, evaluate microstructures, and perform Brinell hardness and mechanical property testing.
• Use hand measuring tools and perform basic calibration of calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices.
• Generate and send test results and reports while communicating with other departments.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with other departments.
• Basic computer skills for generating and sending test results and reports.
• Ability to follow Company safety rules, regulations, policies, and applicable state and federal requirements.
• Ability to attend assigned safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
• Availability for 2nd- or 3rd-shift work.
