Electrical Engineering Intern (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Torrance, California, United States. Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship is required.

Salary: $28.00–$35.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support electronics product design engineering tasks for the Military Aircraft Group.
• Provide technical support to engineering staff.
• Contribute to electrical and mechanical design, circuit and multiphysics analysis, or FPGA and embedded software development and testing.
• Provide input on project processes, strategies, and execution.
• Work as a multidisciplinary member of the Electronics Product Design team.
• Represent hirify.global professionally in technical and team environments.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering bachelor's or master's degree program at an accredited university.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0; the department may specify an exact GPA requirement.
• Ability to relocate to Torrance, California, for the duration of the internship.
• Professional disposition, effective communication skills, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Access to U.S. export-controlled information is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cadence Capture, PCB, or signal integrity tools.
• Experience with Siemens NX, Ansys, MATLAB, VHDL, C, or C++.
