Project Manager, Delivery Lead (Clinical Trial Technology)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional project teams delivering Interactive Response Technology for clinical trial randomization and drug supply management.
• Manage project timelines, scope, schedules, task completion, quality, utilization, and on-time delivery through user acceptance testing.
• Act as the primary client contact from contract award through system deactivation and archival, leading kick-off meetings, status meetings, specification reviews, and communication of expectations.
• Track risks, issues, questions, and action items while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive study resourcing, delegate work to associate project managers, and support process improvements and new product features.
• Supervise team members, provide feedback and development support, participate in hiring, and serve as an internal escalation point.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience in Interactive Response Technology or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, consultative, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Analytical thinking, creative problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel to client sites for meetings and user training sessions.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
