ES Project Manager

What you will do

• Manage the execution of client and facility environmental projects, serving as the main point of contact for contractual requirements, project scope, issues, reporting, and profitability.
• Perform onsite customer service activities, including regulatory inspections, plant committee participation, waste characterization, shipping, profiling, and waste-stream documentation.
• Establish and implement reuse, reduction, recycling, and alternative treatment programs with customers.
• Monitor subcontractor services, validate training and certifications, and coordinate onsite technicians, leads, and foremen.
• Provide regulatory guidance covering RCRA, DOT, TSCA, and other applicable authorities, while ensuring health, safety, and compliance.
• Support technical systems, software, end-user training, customer reporting, and compliant solutions developed with the sales team.

Requirements

• Knowledge of complex environmental waste regulations, management principles, analysis, evaluation, and research methods.
• Knowledge of industrial safety, industrial hygiene, and hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and resource-management skills with technical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, exercise independent judgment, and control resources and expenditures.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
