Operations & Production Intern

Location: Central London, United Kingdom; on-site in the hirify.global office four days per week. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the full internship period from 5 July 2027 to 21 July 2028. Some production support may require evening and weekend work.

hirify.global is a global media and entertainment company producing and distributing film, television, streaming, news, and theme park content.

What you will do

• Set up internal and external screenings on secure online viewing platforms.
• Raise purchase orders and invoices, and support vendor and customer setup.
• Research assets for catalogue titles and help receive content into the business.
• Organise content delivery to film festivals and support international release workflows.
• Maintain content protection measures and support quality-check processes.
• Assist with production administration and coordination, potentially acting as a runner on in-house productions.

Requirements

• UK work eligibility without restriction is required for the entire internship period.
• On-site availability in the Central London office four days per week is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Very high attention to detail, fast learning ability, and effective time management.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Enthusiasm for the film and television industry.

Nice to have

• Current undergraduate study with a return to full-time education in autumn 2028.
• Completed A-Levels, an equivalent course, or an apprenticeship and seeking work experience.
