What you will do
- Lead the strategic direction and tactical execution of clients’ programmatic campaigns.
- Optimize creative strategies, audience targeting, inventory selection, and campaign performance.
- Engage senior client stakeholders in business and media strategy discussions.
- Use Alli for data analysis, custom reporting, innovation, and smarter decision-making.
- Build relationships with media partners and identify platform advancements and beta opportunities.
- Mentor junior team members and integrate technical solutions tailored to client needs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital media and programmatic advertising, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Advanced expertise in programmatic advertising, marketing planning, analysis, and metrics.
- Experience with ad exchanges, ad servers, DSPs, measurement systems, and database marketing.
- Knowledge of CTV, OLV, display, audio, native, DOOH, and app channels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, collaboration, curiosity, and adaptability.
