Senior Manager, CFC CRM Product Manager (AI)

Location: United States - New York - New York City; hybrid, with 2–3 days onsite per week at a Commercial hirify.global site. Up to 50% travel and availability for European and Asian time zones may be required. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required.

Annual base salary: $124,400–$207,400. Tampa, FL salary range: $111,900–$186,500.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end success and strategic roadmap of the CFC CRM platform supporting sales, medical, KAM, and access users across brands and markets.
• Identify, quantify, prioritize, and measure the business impact of CRM technology enhancements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and translate customer-facing needs into product opportunities and requirements.
• Lead solution demonstrations, basic platform configuration, user acceptance testing, training, and communications.
• Partner with UX, engineering, delivery, operations, digital technology teams, and vendors to concept, build, deploy, and improve product features.
• Define product requirements and user stories, participate in agile ceremonies, manage vendor relationships, and support privacy, legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of product management experience owning commercial products sold to external customers or businesses.
• 5+ years in product management at a B2B or B2C technology or SaaS company, owning products from strategy through delivery.
• Experience with consumer privacy or healthcare data at scale, sales and marketing technology integration, and customer journeys across channels.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, communication, presentation, influencing, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
• Experience leading complex, large-scale initiatives, managing risks, and removing delivery roadblocks.
• U.S. work authorization by any employer is required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience in Life Sciences, healthcare technology, hospitals, payers, medical devices, diagnostics, consumer health, EHR, or wearables.
• Experience with Veeva, Life Sciences Cloud, OCE, or Salesforce.
• Product experience in a high-growth startup or global programs.
• Leadership experience involving influence, collaboration, coaching, and guidance of colleagues.
