Compliance Analyst

Location: Cupertino, California, United States (Hybrid)

Pay rate: $45–$48.50 per hour

What you will do

• Support the Business Conduct and Compliance team.
• Work on global regulatory compliance initiatives focused primarily on third-party due diligence.
• Review third-party due diligence and screening reports.
• Identify potential issues based on risk criteria and applicable regulations.
• Conduct regulatory research and contribute to anti-corruption compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate multiple projects and priorities independently and with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of related experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience reviewing third-party due diligence, screening reports, and risk issues.
• Experience with anti-corruption regulatory compliance programs and regulatory research.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and work independently or as part of a team.
• Above-average Excel and Tableau skills.

Nice to have

• Experience conducting due diligence research.
• Familiarity with compliance systems and documentation.
