What you will do

• Analyze problems and opportunities related to hirify.global products.
• Manage and participate in design, prototyping, testing, and design review cycles.
• Coordinate new product development and product improvement projects.
• Support the Operations and Service teams with daily activities.
• Manage external collaborators when needed.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Product Innovation.
• Knowledge of technical drawing using 3D and 2D CAD tools.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian.
• Strong aptitude for teamwork.
• Graduate-level profile with 0 years of experience.
