Program Manager (Network Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid in Arlington, Virginia; compensation is geo-adjusted, with the stated salary range based in New York, NY.

Salary: $190,000–$210,000 annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own Jira hygiene and task tracking for the network team.
• Build systems that track work, expose dependencies, and identify timeline risks across engineering, business development, and vendors.
• Roadmap network infrastructure work involving routing, regional connectivity, subscriber provisioning, and cloud or vendor integrations.
• Assess technical feasibility of proposed timelines and business development commitments.
• Lead vendor meetings and hold external partners accountable for delivery commitments.
• Coordinate priorities across network engineering and adjacent consumer-facing teams while translating between technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in technical program management within a fast-moving engineering environment, ideally a startup.
• Track record of structuring ambiguous, cross-team work without slowing execution.
• Ability to learn technical domains deeply enough to challenge engineering judgment and assess feasibility.
• Experience tracking work, surfacing dependencies, and holding owners accountable to deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Comfort engaging directly with external vendors and managing delivery commitments.

Nice to have

• Experience with network or telecommunications infrastructure, including traffic routing, cloud connectivity, configuration, or subscriber provisioning.
• Experience working at a company that builds or operates physical or network infrastructure.
• Experience supporting consumer products alongside technical infrastructure work.
