hirify.global S.p.A. is hiring for an on-site Human Resources recruitment position.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting and resume screening through interviews and selection.
• Source candidates through recruitment channels, internal databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Coordinate permanent and temporary staffing processes with external recruitment agencies.
• Monitor delegated selection activities and maintain recruitment progress.
• Attend university career fairs to identify talent, map skills, and build a Talent Pool.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English and Italian is required; the selection process includes a telephone language assessment.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and selection activities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Humanities, Psychology, or Economics.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• The position is based on-site and does not offer remote work.
