Digital & Motion Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Holborn office in Central London, with office attendance required 2–3 days per week. Full-time, 40 hours per week, 9:00–18:00.

Salary: £38,000–£44,000 per year

What you will do

• Create motion graphics, animations, short-form video, and campaign assets for social, paid, ecommerce, email, retail, and trade channels.
• Build and maintain brand systems, guidelines, Figma templates, and reusable motion libraries across multiple brands.
• Adapt creative into platform-native formats and specifications, including 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9.
• Own short-form video production from shoot support and editing through grading and delivery.
• Art direct and support product and lifestyle content capture, including UGC-style content.
• Collaborate with Brand, Growth, Ecommerce, and Product teams to deliver high-quality creative at pace.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in digital and motion design, ideally in-house or at an agency working with FMCG or consumer brands.
• Portfolio demonstrating motion, video, and digital channel work across multiple platforms and formats; static-only portfolios will not be reviewed.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with Figma motion handoff, templates, and design systems.
• Practical use of AI production and research tools, including Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Midjourney, Claude, ChatGPT, or Perplexity.
• Must have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not indicated as available.

Nice to have

• Experience self-shooting stills and short-form social video, including work in front of and behind the camera.
• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or 3D motion.
• Beauty, personal care, wellness, or other FMCG experience.
